DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

All of our domestic orders are shipped through FEDEX or USPS

 

Following credit authorization and verification, orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Head wear is designed and made to order. You will recieve a one-of-a-kind work of art. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We use FEDEX or USPS shipping for all orders in the USA and orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Our fulfillment center is in Jackson, MS and Lithonia, Georgia.  Please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held and moved to our Verification department. Our verification department will contact you via email.This process might delay your order 1-3 business days.

 

We process and ship packages Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays.

 

Your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days if our verification department needs additional information. You will be contacted via email or phone if additional information is required for further verification. Please check your email if your order isn’t processed immediately.We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

Return Policy/COVID-19 Update

 

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. 

 

We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. 

This policy is consistent at all locations and recommended by the CDC. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and
