Crowned In Royalty Partnership to Feed the Homeless & Hungry was a Great Success!

The goal to feed the hungry and homeless during the Thanksgiving Season was a great success! Thanks to the caring hearts and supportive nature of donors and partners, more than 75 women, men, and children from the West and South Jackson communities were served a Thanksgiving family meal. "I have not eaten in three days," were the words wispered to a volunteer serving fresh collard greens, prepared by Carolyn Coleman, pastor of the Tabernacle Church, located in the heart of the city of jackson.

Many people in need walked away with coats, blankets, clothes, and personal care items. This was an opportunity for the children and youth mentored in the Tabernacle Community Outreach Program to volunteer and participate in community service. Eleveen indivduals volunteered and organized to make this event a success. A spirit of family and fellowship filled the air with the scent of sweet cranberries and potato pie. It was our mission to give continue their journey knowing that people care, love, and respect them. Our mission continues as we seek to positively change lives. Thanks for your support.
